Foundation Programmes

The Foundation Schools are responsible for the overall delivery and support of Foundation Doctors in London. In this section of the website you will find information on each of the four Foundation Schools including contact details: North Central, North East, North West and South London. You can also view maps of each of the geographical regions detailing which hospitals are included in that region.

The Foundation Doctor e-Handbook has been created as a one-stop guide for Foundation Doctors within the North Thames Foundation Schools and has comprehensive information about the course, supervision, assessment, signoff, support and more. You may also find answers to your common questions in our FAQ section. Details of two year Foundation Programmes are available on the UKFPO website.
