London Foundation Training Board
The London Foundation Training Board (LFTB) provides a strategic and operational overview of Foundation training in London (through the three North Thames Foundation Schools and south London Local Education Providers).
The LFTB is chaired by a lay representative and membership includes representation from London, KSS and East of England deaneries, Foundation School Directors and Managers, Foundation Training Programme Directors, Heads of Medical Schools and Foundation doctor representatives. The LFTB meets a minimum of three times a year.

London Foundation Training Operational Group
The London Foundation Training Operational Group (LFTOG) meets monthly to consider administrative matters relating to the management of Foundation training in London.
Membership includes Foundation School Directors and Managers, Deanery staff and Foundation doctor representatives.
The LFTOG reports to the LFTB.
Foundation School Management Committees
Each Foundation School has a Management Committee who meet at least three times per year. Each Management Committee is responsible for overseeing the Foundation Programme across their School.
Members include representatives from partner Trusts, Foundation doctor representatives, Medical School and Deanery representation, Foundation School and lay representation and is chaired by the Foundation School Director.
