Important Information for FP 2012 and 2013 Applicants
The Improving Selection to the Foundation Programme Project Group has made recommendations to the UK’s four Health departments.
The Group has recommended that Situational Judgment Tests (SJT) and Educational Performance Measures (EPM) form part of the national application process.
2012 applicants will apply as normal for Foundation programmes and will take part in a national Parallel Recruitment Exercise that will develop the new tests.
2013 applicants will be selected using the SJT and EPM which will replace the current system.
