Darzi Fellow published in the Guardian: Bridging the gap between doctors and NHS management

Dr Guy Thompson is a trainee psychiatrist and Darzi Fellow. The clinical fellowships encourage trainee doctors to get involved in service development and improvement projects. Run by London Deanery, the fellowship gives trainees the chance to take a year out from clinical training and lead on a service development project.
Dr Thompson is using his project to find out how the other half works with a one year placement.
