Elisabeth Paice Awards 2011 - Deadline less than two weeks away!

The deadline for submissions for the Elisabeth Paice Awards 2011 will be Thursday 22 September 2011. 

This year we have five categories as follows:

• Best secondary care department or unit
• Best primary care team (GP, dental, public health)
• Best postgraduate education centre team
• Best clinical leadership development initiative
• Best interprofessional education initiative

If you would like to self nominate your team, department or unit please click here to access the online application system.  Those who wish to apply will need to complete a 500 word statement and provide two pages of supporting evidence stating how they meet the criteria.
