Important changes to immigration ruling

We have received advice for all overseas nationals who graduated from UK universities and are interested in applying for ST1 training posts - UK Borders agency has stated that you will be eligible to apply for UKBA Tier 1 Post-Study Work Visa.
This means that the Resident Labour Market Test will not be relevant and graduates will be eligible for Round One 2010 specialty training posts.
