Eligibility Criteria
The first 500 London Deanery trainees who booked their place at the BMJ Careers Fair will receive a full reimbursement of their fee subject to eligibility.
To be eligible, you must be a doctor in training from the London Deanery and must be able to specify your trust or pct and your grade and sector. You will be required to pay £85 when you register and book on to seminars.
How to claim your reimbursement
There are three documents that you need to submit in order to reclaim your reimbursement. These documents are:
1. Claim Form
2. Post event Evaluation form
3. Proof of receipt of payment (i.e. the receipt)

Please ensure you keep a photocopy of all items that you send in the post. We cannot process your reimbursement until all three items have been received and checked by the Careers Unit.
All reimbursement claims must be submitted by 15 December 2009. Reimbursements may take up to three months to be processed.
