Complaints Process
Data Protection and Freedom of Information
If you have a complaint about how the London Deanery:
- is holding or processing your personal information
- processed your subject access request under the Data Protection Act
- processed your application for information under the Freedom of Information Act
the following complaints procedure applies:
Please contact the London Deanery at the address provided below. Please provide sufficient information to enable us to identify you and the issue that you would like reviewed.
Your complaint will be acknowledged within two working days. The Director of Corporate Services will ensure that your complaint is fully investigated. We will provide a full response to your complaint within 20 working days. If for some reason we are unable to meet this deadline we will contact you and explain why. All complaints investigations will be completed within 40 working days.

If you are still unsatisfied with our response to your concern you have the right to take your concerns to the Information Commissioner. The Information Commissioner can be contacted via their website
