Shortlisting Feedback

This shows the scores given to individual questions on your application form, the overall score for your application form, and the rank you achieved in relation to all applications received. You also see how your scores and rank compared with highest and lowest scoring candidates, and the cut off score to be shortlisted for an interview.

Interview Feedback and Interview score sheets

This shows the scores you received from the different interviewers (anonymised), and your overall score. You can see how your scores compared with the highest and lowest scoring candidates and the cut off score to be considered appointable. It also shows the point above which job offers were made in your specialty recruitment. Copies of anonymised interview score sheets are also available.
