Publication Scheme
The London Deanery routinely publishes a large amount of information, most of which is available via our website. For ease of access the publication scheme organises this information into several categories.
As information that is already published is exempt under the Freedom of Information Act it is in your interests to search the publication scheme before making a request. If, however, the information you would like is not listed you can still make a request through the standard FOI application process.
The Publication Scheme Categories are:
Who we are and what we do?
Organisational information, structures, locations and contacts. Biographies of the Deanery management board, information about the legal basis for our activities, and information about how to contact us.
What we spend and how we spend it.
Financial information. Please note that because the London Deanery is not a legal entity in its own right links are also provided to our ‘parent’ organisations the University of London and the NHS Strategic Health Authority for London.
What are our priorities and how we are doing?
Plans and reports about what we are planning to achieve in the coming years and what we have actually achieved in previous years. Includes links to audits of our performance by our regulator.
Our policies and procedures
Current written protocols that we follow when delivering our services and responsibilities. This section includes our policies and procedures for providing our services and for our internal management.
