Work Permit Information
A new five category, points-based system for visas and work permits is being introduced by the Borders Agency from 1st November 2008. Please check here (http://www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk) for further information and an explanation about which category of visa will apply to you.
A number of visa routes closed on 29 June 2008 and more routes are to be replaced by a new category of visa. Please check the Borders Agency website for information about transitional arrangements.
