Specialties not currently advertised
1. The specialty I want to apply to is not in the recruitment timetable on the London Deanery website, does this mean the specialty will not be recruited to in 2011?
There will be two recruitment rounds in 2011. The specialties being recruited to in London as part of Round One are shown in the Timetable for 2011. If the specialty/level to which you wish to apply is not listed here this does not mean that it will not be recruited to later in Round Two, so please keep checking the London Deanery website for information. Round Two specialties should start advertising from 7 February 2010.
Further specialties e.g. Medical Specialties at ST3 may feature in subsequent open competition recruitment rounds and/or the national recruitment pool. As details become available they will be posted on our website and we encourage you to check our recruitment pages regularly for up-to-date information.
